Zoe Saldana (aka that blue chick from Avatar) made People Magazine's Top Dressed List....sure she's a pretty little thing...but I wasn't a fan of that Oscars getup that was amazing from the waist up, but the further down you went, the more it looked like something out of Barney the Dinosaur's dress-up bin.
