I'm a little late in getting started this morning...so I'll be playing catch up today as I discover tidbits....the first one I came across this morning was in the form of a tweet from Ralph Macchio himself regarding a review the Hollywood Reporter gave on the new Karate Kid film. Basically the article says that the new film is no match for the classic original. The article goes on to say that its a bigger budget, flashier movie with much less of an impact. The main characters are not as likeable as the original either. Basically this whole review made Ralph "feel better". Its true...the original Karate Kid cannot be replaced. Its not going to happen.
